Although we didn’t evaluation the 32- or 37-inch members of Vizio’s E0VL string of LCD TVs–the E320VL and E370VL–we did evaluate the 47-inch E470VL, and believe that evaluate will offer some indication of how these smaller types will execute.
The spec sheets of two scaled-down versions differ from the greater, respectively, when it comes to native resolution (the lesser types are one,366×768 pixels, or 720p, and also the more substantial are 1,920×1,080 pixels, or 1080p) response time (5ms vs. 8ms), refresh price (60Hz vs. 120Hz), and linked dejudder processing. Like most TV makers, Vizio gives a wide range of characteristics at diverse cost points. The E0VL sequence reviewed here lacks the web and LED backlight selections of your company’s flagship XVT3 collection, but its spec sheet and value tag hold the actual appeal–it’s one of the least costly TVs in the marketplace with 120Hz processing. However the Vizio’s downsides, namely lighter black levels and less-impressive performance when viewed from off-angle, give us some pause when comparing it with other non-LED-based 120Hz LCDs. But in the event you want this characteristic set and do not mind a couple of sacrifices, the Vizio E0VL makes a powerful value-driven argument.
